ArtBoz uses IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the Site, track customer movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. For systems administration and detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, ArtBoz ’s web servers may also automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within ArtBoz on a need-to-know basis. ArtBoz reserves the right to block access for any customer accessing the Site via a proxy service intending to conceal originating identity. This includes access via the Tor anonymity network.

 

We may also aggregate personal and other data captured by us so that the data is no longer capable of identifying an individual. Security and confidentiality

ArtBoz securely stores your data at Amazon Web Service Server. ArtBoz shall keep your personal or company data for at least six years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by ArtBoz Information Team through ArtBoz backend system.

ArtBoz is committed to protecting your privacy. Internally, only people with a business need to know Personal Information, or whose duties reasonably require access to it, are granted access to customers’ Personal Information. Such individuals will only process your Personal Information on our instructions and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

The Site’s systems and data are reviewed periodically to ensure that you are getting a quality service and that leading security features are in place. We have put in place procedures to deal with any actual or suspected data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

ArtBoz provides a registration and marketplace platform (“Platform”) which enables users to create and mint NFTs (“non-fungible tokens”), take a photo or upload a digital asset and trade and sell assets among Platform users (“Services”). ArtBoz’s website provides information on the Platform and Services and enables users to contact ArtBoz when they wish to do so (“Website”).

Using our Platform via your Device

Users can access our Platform and Website on a device (“Device”). A Device is any computer used to access the Platform or Website, including without limitation a desktop, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, or other consumer electronic device.   1. When you register to use the Platform

If you register to create a ArtBoz account (“Account”), we will collect your Personal Information such as your name, username, phone number and email address to enable you to use the Platform. Alternatively, if you choose to register via your Apple, Facebook or Google accounts, ArtBoz will be provided with access to information these services obtain about you, and all in accordance with your Apple, Facebook or Google accounts’ privacy settings. The information we collect in this manner typically includes your full name, email address and public (please confirm) information from your profile on these services.

  1. Verified Badges 

In order to become a verified user, you will be required to fill out a questionnaire to be reviewed by the ArtBoz team. ArtBoz will review and may contact the user via phone and email as part of the review process. Verified users will receive a Badge which will be featured on their Account for other users to see. External links for the social platforms (instagram, facebook, portfolio, etc) of these verified users will also be available to other users and will be reviewed by ArtBoz for the completion of the verification process

  1. When you create a ArtBoz Profile

When you create an Account, we will create a profile for you. For that purpose we will collect your name, username, email address, any files and content you choose to upload and content you wish to share or sell as well as the Accounts you follow and Accounts which follow you. Users can choose to have their Accounts private or public. Please note, that if your Account was made public, or you choose to share your information uploaded to ArtBoz on a social media account, some Personal Information you submitted will be made available to other users of the Platform and Website and users of the relevant social media account. Some information included in a private Account, such as your name, username, photo, account value, number of followers and number of following, mutual followers, will also be visible to all users of the Platform and Website.

  1. User Interaction

We collect the information contained in interactions between users. This type of information may include, without limitation, users’ names, profiles, location, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and the content of the interaction between the users.

We may collect your payment information if you make a transaction via the Platform. ArtBoz uses third party payment processors to assure that your payment details are secured in accordance with the highest security standard.

If you wish to receive marketing materials from ArtBoz, we will collect your email address and your consent for sending you marketing materials.

You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be to the competent courts in New York, New York, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction.
